Please note that all of our prices are in Australian (AUD) Dollars
We carry all of our own products and ship them directly from our Warehouse in South Melbourne, Victoria - Australia.
We package all of our items very carefully with high-quality protective equipment. So rest assured, we do our best to ensure your purchases will reach you safe and sound.
We work hard to ensure that your orders are processed as quickly as possible, but most important to us is to ensure that your items are packaged safely.
For items that are in stock, please allow 3-5 business for processing before your orders ship. For pre-order items, please allow for 3-5 business days from when the item is taken into stock for your order to process and ship.
Please note that business days are (Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm). You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a second email with a tracking code will be sent to you once your item has been shipped.
A pre-order item is one which has not yet come into stock, but you are able to pre-purchase it in order to secure yourself a piece.
Pre-order items are especially important for limited releases, as we may pre-sell out an item, so pre-ordering is the only way to ensure that you've secured yourself a piece!
If you pre-order an item, payment is taken at the time of the pre-order. Please also note that any 'in-stock' or available items that have been added to the pre-order item(s), will be shipped together with the pre-order, not separately.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Our shipping price varies depending on the weight of your order and begins at $8.95 to any Australian address.
Our shipping service is via Standard Australia Post eParcel and is trackable.
Expected delivery times after processing (1-3 business days):
VIC: 1-2 business Days
NSW/ACT: 3-4 business Days
TAS: 3-4 business Days
SA: 3-4 business Days
QLD: 4-6 business Days
NT/WA: up to 11 business Days
You may also select the option of domestic Express Post option at checkout. The shipping cost will depend on the total weight of the item(s) ordered as well as the location within Australia (this is automatically calculated by Australia Post).

Yes, we are able to ship to most countries around the world!
The best way to calculate the shipping cost is to add the product you’d like to your cart and proceed to checkout. At checkout, you can input your shipping information without entering any billing information. PixelCrib will not charge you until the billing portion of the checkout process is completed.
You will have the choice of selecting:
Economy Air - the most economical option, but please note that this does not include tracking informationStandard - tracking is includedExpress - tracking is included
Shipping times will vary depending on where you live. After processing your order (3-5 business days), actual shipping may take anywhere from 2 weeks to over a month, in part due to different customs clearances of each country. To ensure quicker shipping times, you may also consider upgrading the shipping method to Express, which is a faster alternative.

Since duties, taxes and fees are at the discretion of the customs office within the destination country, PixelCrib is unable to include these (potential) costs in the shipping price.
Therefore, international customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes or fees that may be accrued or become payable.
Please be aware that Australia Post will not allow an investigation to begin on missing items until a period of three weeks (15 business days) has passed since the last tracking scan.

Change of Mind
If you have simply changed your mind about your purchase, PixelCrib may offer you a refund or exchange as long as you contact us about this within 14 days of receiving the item(s) and they remain in their original condition with unopened packaging. PixelCrib will not cover the cost of return shipping for change of mind items. When returning an item to us, we recommend that you use strong, secure packaging and utilise a postage carrier that with tracking information (and insurance - especially for international returns).
Defective, Damaged or Wrong items received
If you received an item that is defective, appears to have been damaged in transit or the wrong item from what you ordered - please contact us within 14 days via our Contact Us page or calling (03) 9041 5243. In this instance, PixelCrib will either cover or refund you the return shipping cost for the confirmed faulty/damaged or incorrect items, within reason.
For returns within Australia, we do request however that you utilise an Australia Post pre-paid satchel for these returns.
Please note that our returns policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
