Regarding COVID-19

The team here at PixelCrib have been refining our policies and procedures over the past month to put in place measures to protect our staff and customers from the threat of COVID-19, with an aim to also flatten the curve. 

As an online business we are fortunate to not have significant changes to our operations. It is business as usual on our end and we are able to continue to fulfill orders and customer enquiries. 

We have implemented strict safety precautions in relation to our warehouse and will abide by government regulations and public health advice.

In regards to our outgoing orders, just a quick heads up as follows:

  • There are known delays and disruptions regarding international orders therefore please be patient when waiting on international orders 
  • To keep our community safe we have decided that your incoming orders will picked up on set days of the week rather than being despatched every day. This will cause slight delays to your outgoing packages but we are doing this in the interest of minimising external contact. 
  • Pre-order items are anticipated to arrive at the specified dates however if the situation changes and there are potential delays, we will let you know.

Thank you for your support over the years, these are strange times indeed! We know that our role is important during these uncertain times to help bring you some joy, escapism and entertainment via our products.

We will proceed with that mission - and continue with the operations of our business as long as we are able to.
